About Me
YASLEN CLEMENTE
A journey which started out of the blue. Just a few years ago I was a full-time college student, had a full-time job and still managed to be somewhat consistent with going to the gym. My life had an abrupt change after I began to show the world my passion for Fitness. I believe I can help those who are unhappy with their physical appearance and overall lifestyle. All women who feel as if they can’t, I have been there before and here I am. Everything is possible with the proper guidance and mind set!

Do I need gym experience?
Not at all. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already experienced, your program is fully customized to YOU. I guide you step-by-step so you feel confident in your workouts whether you’re training at home or in the gym.
Is the diet very strict?
No and that’s exactly the point. This is not a “cut everything out” type of plan. I focus on a balanced, sustainable approach using real foods you actually enjoy. You’ll still have flexibility, treats, and meals that fit your lifestyle… because this is about building habits you can keep long-term, not just for a few weeks.
How fast will I see results?
You can start feeling a difference within the first couple of days… less bloating, more energy, and better structure. Physical changes typically follow shortly after. But real, lasting results come from consistency over time. This isn’t a quick fix it’s a lifestyle transformation.
