The Secret to Actually Achieving Your Goals

Ever wonder why your fitness goals always seem just out of reach? Here’s what’s really standing in your way—and how to finally break through.

Hey babe,

Let’s get real for a sec.

What’s that one fitness goal you’ve been dreaming about for months (or even years), but still haven’t gone after?

Maybe it’s finally feeling confident enough to rock a bikini on vacation.
Maybe it’s slipping into that tight dress you bought but never had the courage to wear.
Or maybe it’s just being able to look in the mirror and say, “Damn—I’m proud of her.”

Whatever it is, I bet you’ve whispered one of these to yourself:

“I’ll start on Monday.”
“After the holidays.”
“When things calm down.”
“Once I have more time.”

Sound familiar?

Here’s what I’ve learned after helping hundreds of women transform their bodies (and seeing firsthand what separates the ones who succeed from the ones who don’t):

It’s not motivation.

It’s not willpower.

And it’s definitely not about finding the perfect plan.

The real secret?

They stop treating their goals like wishes—and start treating them like appointments.

Let me explain.

You wouldn’t skip a doctor’s appointment just because you “didn’t feel like it,” right?

You wouldn’t cancel a work meeting because “you weren’t feeling motivated.”

But when it comes to our own goals—especially our fitness goals—we treat them like optional side quests.

Something we’ll get to someday.

But here’s the truth:

Your dream body won’t just appear because you really want it to.

Your confidence won’t magically show up because you bought new leggings.

And that version of you you’re chasing? She’s not waiting on motivation.

She’s waiting on commitment.

So Here’s Your Challenge This Week:

Pick ONE thing you can do for your fitness goal—and make it non-negotiable.

✅ Maybe it’s going for a 20-minute walk every morning.
✅ Maybe it’s meal prepping on Sundays.
✅ Maybe it’s committing to 3 home workouts this week.

Doesn’t have to be huge.

But it does have to be consistent.

Put it in your calendar. Set reminders. Treat it like a meeting with your future self.

Because that’s what it is.

And the moment you start honoring your commitments to yourself like you do for everyone else?

That’s when the shift happens.

That’s when the excuses fade and the results start rolling in.

Make It Happen, Babe.

You deserve to be a woman who keeps her promises to herself.

You deserve to walk into summer feeling strong, confident, and in control.

And if you need help turning that dream into a reality? That’s what I’m here for.

Love,

Yaslen XOXO
