“Before starting the BodyByYas diamond girl challenge I was 8 weeks postpartum and very much bloated, I was getting back into working out but I wasnā€™t following a meal plan, and even though I love fitness so much I also needed a little motivation to help me really dial it in and get back into it, because of my competitive nature this challenge was the perfect thing for me to do to get back into training. Within the first week of the challenge, my bloating drastically went down every week my body was changing and getting better stronger, and curvy.

I am in love with my meal plans itā€™s funny because I would always see ā€œbodybyyas girls eat wellā€ and itā€™s TRUE we really are over here eating REAL GOOD all while reaching our goals. I am so happy with my results that I will be staying on until I compete again. I also want to mentionā€¦ the group chat, although I wouldnā€™t say much on there, I loved the community everyone sharing throughout the challenge really helped me from food recipes to grocery item must-haves I really am grateful for it all. Thank you Yaslen I love you, my crazy girl.”
