“Before starting the BodyByYas diamond girl challenge I was 8 weeks postpartum and very much bloated, I was getting back into working out but I wasnāt following a meal plan, and even though I love fitness so much I also needed a little motivation to help me really dial it in and get back into it, because of my competitive nature this challenge was the perfect thing for me to do to get back into training. Within the first week of the challenge, my bloating drastically went down every week my body was changing and getting better stronger, and curvy.

I am so happy with my results that I will be staying on until I compete again.
